QHSE Audits

Diagnosis, certification preparation and continuous improvement of your QHSE systems.

Important: Performances Qualité Inc. is not a certifying body. We do not issue ISO certificates — this is the exclusive role of accredited bodies (BSI, PECB, Certi-Trust, MSECB, Bureau Veritas, etc.).

However, we provide rigorous expertise to prepare you for official certification audits, conduct your mandatory internal audits, and audit the compliance of your critical suppliers.

Pre-certification (mock) audits

A rigorous simulation, in the exact conditions of an official audit, prior to your certifying body’s visit. Identifies and corrects remaining gaps before they jeopardise your certification. Deliverables: detailed report, prioritised corrective action plan, team briefing.

Certification support

We support you throughout the entire certification cycle with your accredited body:

  • Choosing the right certifying body for your sector (BSI, PECB, Certi-Trust, MSECB, Bureau Veritas, AFNOR…)
  • Documentary and operational preparation
  • Audit logistics coordination (scheduling, teams, resources)
  • On-site presence during the official audit
  • Findings handling and post-audit corrective action plan
  • Follow-up of annual surveillance audits and recertification

Internal audits

Periodic evaluation of process compliance, mandatory to maintain your certifications. We run the entire internal audit programme or support your in-house team. Conducted per ISO 19011 (audit guidelines).

Action plan follow-up audits

Verification of the actual effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions implemented after a prior audit (internal, mock or certification). Ensures system maturity and continuous improvement.

Supplier (second-party) audits

Evaluation of your critical suppliers’ compliance with your specifications and applicable standards. Particularly valuable in regulated sectors (healthcare, food, defence, energy).

Maturity diagnosis

Initial assessment of the gap between your current state and a target standard (ISO 9001, 14001, 27001:2022, 22301, 42001:2023…). Ideal for deciding whether — and how — to engage in certification, and for scoping the project.

Why an external consultant for your audits?
Independence, multi-sector experience, fresh perspective on your processes, and compliance with role-separation requirements (an auditor cannot audit their own scope).
